Turn weather ON, make both HEATERS put a bit of cooler on the top bend of the tube, power the metal rod, and just feed the cooler water.

What you do is heat underneath the left side bottle thing and then cool underneath the right side bottle thing and then power the metal at the bottem(I'm bad at explaining this but u should be able to understand)then but some snow in the heated bottle an then done!
Ps:I haven't accualy done it yet cause well I gotta raise money for snow I only read about it while googling when I was stuck

@Littlemizzlolz. You can get snow without paying for it by using the same method to get snow as the last level. Enjoy :)
