Double back and collect 40 coins on old railroad

How do you collect all 40 coins and double back over the debris. I can't seem to find a way in the. Ego no g to jump tracks. Anyone?

At the very beginning when you go up and start to come down, you'll see the a swing (it's kind of hidden behind the netting). Grab the swing and swing up to the upper level and that's where the debris is that you to the double backflip over.
