Limited diamonds - all shops
How could I get limited diamonds and unlock all shops?

I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this but, there isn't any way. You need to keep leveling up, doing missions, or buy gems.

For the Fashion icon, i understand that we can go to the VIP stores. In fact, there is a free diamonds thing on the bottom right hand corner. If you click on it, you will need to watch videos in order to get the free stuff. I just tried it out and found out that after like about six tries of watching the videos to get the free diamonds, they say that it is not available and to try again later. My question is, how long later?

I have done that several times in one day.. I think it's about 3-5 hours but I'm not too sure!
