Is this a level 28 glitch??
I'm level 28 but I went to go play today and it wants me to enter my name again. So I do so and it wants me to customize my facial features just like when you first start the game. So I do that too. Ten it ask me back to entering my name again and it going back and forth. I've tried turning my iPad off then back on. Ive tried killing the app then restarting it. I don't know what else to do. I'm afraid if I uninstall the app to reinstall it my progress will be lost! Help!!

Try updating your IPad, this can sometimes solve minor glitches in apps and games - failing that, just leave to for a while. DON'T TAP ON! Don't do anything to it for mabey 3 weeks-month (after your IPad has been updated).

The exact same things happened to me! It was really annoying as I had to unistall it. Now it's happened again and I really don't want to lose all my progress. I just updated it so I don't think there's any more recent updates. I'll leave it alone for a while. Hopefully it'll fix itself.

Same thing also happen 2 me both in my android phone or in my new ipad. I uninstalled ut even i lost all my progress...however it happen again. I give up already... N..i had delete the game forever.
