Do shops sell clothes of specific types?

I need to find more clothing with the purple bow points, is there a specific shop that sells for that, or is it all random?

Its pretty much random i think, but i tend to find a lot of purple bow stuff in mademoiselle. i think you unlock that shop around level 30 :)

I know a way to get FREE gems! Go into a store, click on the clerk, click on check the shop, and below your avatar, there is a "free gems" button. Watch a 30 sec video & get one free gem!(:
