Boyfriends rare!
It needs to complete dating some type of boyfriend to get presents. I complete 2 of them. But where I found the rare boyfriends? Event Organizer, for example?

Just visit lots of parties (boys goes there a lot) or just keep walking on the outside streets and tapping on boys (which then tells you what career they have) and if u found the boy you're looking for, flirt. If you can't find that boy AT ALL, then u have to buy him in: Lifestyle>>My Purse>>Boyfriends>>Scroll down until u find the boy you're looking for>>Then just simply tap on the slot that tells you how many gems you need to buy him>>you have a new (rare!) boyfriend!

By going to parties that require a lot of hotness I think. And just wandering around on the street.
