Make sure your Internet is on and working you also need a Facebook account to do it

Same idk how to fix it I deleted the app and reinstalled and when I click connect to fb it doesn't do anything

Go into settings on iOS.
Go to Facebook
Disable Subway Surfers
Select Settings again to make sure settings took place
Go back in and enable it.
Launch Subway Surfers
You should be able to see facebook contacts again
