Start moving, jump the hacker over the first terminal and crate. Let the hacker get the wall and back to the crate, then give him the ladder icon, so he climb to the top right terminal. After he's done move jack, which opens the trap door for the hacker to fall back to the first terminal. Place the ladder, so as the hacker finishes, he'll climb back up. As the hacker finishes move jack again. The hacker will go up to the top left terminal. A little after he finishes with that, move jack off again to collect the key. Time your last step so the hacker has time to collect coins before jack gets to the key.
