It says I won a bonus scratch but nothing happens? How are u suppose to use them or how do they work period?

When it said that I was confused too, but you know that timer at the top of the screen. When it times out it will take you to a screen with a scratcher ( it's where you scratch out the circles to see if under it is the grand prize), and instead of scratching out one you get to get one more chance to scratch out another one so you can just say that you get two chances to scratch and win!
