600mm armor, or Ballast?
600 mm armour has the same density as the ballast. Does replacing ballast with 600mm armour make any difference other than the fact that the ship is tougher?

Long as te replacement ballast goes to the bottom, I don't see a different 'sides the armor

You need ballast to balance your ship but armor protects so i put ballast on bottom and armor on sides and my ships good hope i helped

Nope, no difference. Always replace ballast with the 600mm armor!
