No, balance the ship tipping left to right, but please, make it unstable forward and backwards. Thy would help you with diving. But make sure that you hull is slanted up, not slanted like a point, there for allowing you to rise from the brink of your watery grave!

I started with a Skelton and added two small engines and one medium and one large. Detected about half the boat and then added and deleted things while checking the info and my top speed was 195.5 knots

Take the deck off a skeliton place heavy ballast where needed replace any regular bullast with 600cm armor ( the heavy one) then put two angled boilers on the back any three torpedo tube Bs on the front push this all as far back as you can (be careful you have to go full throdel at the beginning of a battle so it does not sink) then put 4 captions on the front for armor. Do not do game center battles buffering makes it hard to start perfectly. enjoy

If you make a really small boat out of deck, and a slanted boiler, then add some propellers, you can get a super fast boat. Just make it very sleek, not bulky. Then test the balance and add the rest of the things required to make a sub.
