Boilers don't work under water, cover them with armor

If you use heavy ballast if Will go slow. I suggest you to put some strategic blocks (copy from a real ship)

Use 5/6 hull,1/6 hull and half hull to create a hydrodynamic 'bowl' like a cone with the top sliced off.
Answer from: Gibbo
The problem you are having is that your boilers are not enclosed by hull/armor. I they are not covered, once the water reaches half way up the boilers they will cease to function. I hope this helps.
Answer from: Kyle
Sometimes if you put boilers in the wrong place or too much boilers, it might go slower. Or your boilers are underwater. If your boilers are underwater, just cover up the boilers with blocks. Easy right?
