How to use Rangefinder/ radar?
I have the rangefinder/ radar above 30 m but there's no difference when I'm 10 km+

The rangefinder gives you better accuracy which keeps all of the shots you fire in a more compact space :)

Its a passive perk. it just makes your shots past 10k into tighter groups, and that is decimating to other ships.
