Question & Answers

I need to shoot better!

Compared to my foes at the VIP level (which is terrible place for non-money-spenders to live, btw), I shoot like an old woman taking a nap. It's very difficult for me to hit moving enemies at a range of greater than 6 km, while they can get close and frequently hit me at ranges over 10 km sometimes. I recently bought the rangefinder, but it doesn't seem to be improving my performance much. I play on an iPhone 4, and I suspect that the small screen size may impair my aiming. Any tips that can help with this?

Aiming can be pretty hard sometimes. Until you get your aim down at long range, don't fire all your shots at once. It's better to delay them a little and in different spots. What more skilled fighters will likely do is come at you at more of an angle which is hard to adjust to, by that comes with practice. If the opponent is coming at you directly, aim for a little in front of their bow but still stagger your shots if he tries to dodge the bullets. If they are trying lot run away straight backwards like many cowards I have faced, aim for their rangefinder or the highest part of their ship. Rockets are another alternative because they travel faster than the 46cm guns if your opponent is really fast.

Ok here's 2 things 1 remove the rangefinder it puts the bullets closer together 2 aim at the ship directly (I know u will miss) then once the bullet hits the water check the distance it is from the ship (x distance) then fire bullets the distance that u missed in the front of the ship this should work unless he decreases speed, he turns or you miscalacuted the distance it worked for me most of the times and the rangefinder is an easy place to aim and destroy

Just aim at the front gun of the ship and don't take off the rangefinder that's a crappy idea.

Make sure the rangefinder is at a height of ABOVE 30meters! And remember, in EVERY shooting game, you need to LEAD a moving target! -Class dissmissed

Its true removing the rangefinder is a crappy idea because it helps all the shots hit the target instead of some hitting the target also add mk45 5inch gun and put armour around them so their protected because if you hit the boiler it will slow the target to a crawl

The Rangefinder do not do much, but in order to have more accuracy in shooting, you have to get more stars. you get stars by doing new mission (Shooting and battle). The most is 99 stars, with 99% chance (Accuracy to 1 meter) of hitting a slow enemy (Such as 40 knots/ mph). Also if you want the rangefinder, remember to put it over the height of 30 meters. (You can check how high your ship is by pressing the i)
