How do I launch the type 99 bomber from my ship?

First u need the 2x20x1 runway then put the plane behind it plus planes don't float they need the runway to take off plus they need to land to refuel and repair plus planes are really weak

It is easy to take off an airplane. get a runway, then a airplane if you have more than fifty grand. Or one rare metal once you have that go to drills click dual of your choise and tad the enemy coninuesly

You only need a runway to launch planes but you can't launch them if there is no target
