Spinning ship/floats forcefield help (Closed)

I was online and there was a ship tht had a wall of floats in front of it and they woud take all the damage leaving the ship damageless, and so i built one wanting one myself. So i did and it didnt work at all. i also seen a ship that spins in circles (in place) and the spinning motion would make the ship sort of render the bullets usless..and failed at building that too... so my main question is are there any sugestions on how i can build a ship that can take ALOT of damage?

When you make the float force field, make it far enough away from your ship so that the explosion from the enemies guns cant hurt you.

If you want to make a strong ship then add lots of 400cm large armor and make it big so it can take lots damage mine does

I have found that the mk 45 guns are able to penetrate float shields. Consider upgrading your armor and making your actual ship area smaller.

The spinning ship is very hard to sink because all sides take the same damage. if the boilers are exposed shoot them first to slow the ship down, then shoot only in one place.
