Aircraft completely ineffective
I invested in an aircraft carrier I built myself for less than 50000, and it sails and moves around perfectly, but the 3 aircraft I have so far (each purchased for 50,000) are completely useless. They can't even damage the first enemy on dual lvl 1. Are these the wrong types of aircraft, is there a certain number I need to be effective, or do I need to get one of the rare metal ones?

You need many, many of them (over 10) to be effective. There are three types of aircraft: bombers, torpedo bombers, fighters. Bombers drop a single bomb, and then need to go back. Thay are also very inaccurate (i have tried them). Hit about 10% of the time. You need metal to get the other types.

The bombers aren't likely to hit so when you do duel level 1 because it's a small target but if you get enough bombers it will give you a better chance to hit the target also a biger is more likely to get hit but you are a bit better of getting torpedo bombers I had 1 bomber but it never hit so when I got 10 I almost always hit the target but they can get shot down by fighters so what I would do is put fighter before bombers and let them shoot down other planes for the bombers always have at least 10 bombers or they won't be effective

Why do people always think carriers rely on planes. Ihave a hybrid battleship. its about 70% ship 30% carrier. it uses more fighters than bombers. planes to planes, ships to ships. thats how i battle aircraft carrier 2.i always win. link to a pic of ship soon

In real life aircraft/battleship hybrids are not good. I dont know about battleship craft warships though...

I also have a hybrid battleship it has all bombers 4 runways but the rest is battleship that is the best way to have an aircraft carrier is to have it as a battleship to

Carrier/battleship hybrids were popular for a number of year previous to advances in aeronautics. Just sayin. Based on the timeframe battleship craft is set in, carriers would only be effective as support ships, and would be escorted by destroyers which would provide the main firepower.

True aircraft carriers were escorted by destroyers because if they weren't it would leave the aircraft carrier vunreble to attacks you see an example if this in aircraft carrier lvl2 also there would normally be 2 destroyers in front of the aircraft carrier some of the first aircraft carriers were hybrids because there was on a tint bit of the ship was launch rails leaving the rest of the ship free to add weapons

I battled with the bomber that you buy in game. It works best with a combination of fighters and bombers but you need to have a lot of bombers and you need to keep taping the enemy ship.
