How do you beat the lizard when he is in central park and you lost your powers.

Distract Him By Waiting At The Big Machines And Wait For Him To Charge/Run To You And Jump Out Of The Way. He Will Hit The Big Machines. Do This Method On All Four Machines And Volia The Boss Is Defeated. And Go To The Control Panel Machine Touch The Red Floating Button Watch The Cutscene Done. Mission Completed.
