What is the bulldozer for?
I am just wondering what the bulldozer is for and how much it costs? Every time I press it, it says I need more housing to move the survivors

The bulldozer is to demolish the building so u can build another one in its place. The reason why you can not use the bulldozer on a house with survivors, it is because the house needs to be 'empty' before you can demolish it. But if you want to demolish that house, just make sure that you build another house so those survivors can move over to the new one before you bulldoze it. It usually cost 1 'Z' buck. Hope this helps!
