With the new recycling hero what is the ratio to the number of supplies put in and the coins give out?

There's 3 ratios:

convert 100 supplies for 30 coins.
convert 1000 supplies for 400 coins.
convert 10000 supplies for 5000 coins.

The hero lets you do each of these respectively each every 1, 5, and 15 mins.
