Mine stopped working when i was at level 8 as well. i have a game center acc. so i deleted the game but kept the ranking and i re-downloaded the app. i still have my data in the game, so i didnt have to restart(: but its still not working well. it kind of disconnects every 2-3min.. :(

This weekend mine kept going blank or loading. I think the server was overloaded personally. I am hooked on this game. It is the best game I have ever played. Draw Something probably wonders what happened to me! ha!

Well that happens with every person but just turn your phone for a little while then check back if that doesn't work you get near the signal and try to turn it on that's what I did!

I'm level 30 and the app is not working. I really do not want to restart everything. I'm scared to delete the app and everytime I click the app it just stops loading or tells me something about how the server is down. It's been about 5 days. And the game is really addicting. I hope it works soon. Glad to see I'm not the only one having this problem.

I have tried deleting it when I am on level 10 and I reienstalled it and it still had your data but it still doesn't work!!!!

Even if you do disconnect your Facebook account, delete your game, and all of your game center data, all of your game data is still saved in the cloud and is associated with your device...at least that's the case with the iPhone.

If you updated to the newest version of 9/19/12 there is a bug. If you turn on the in app purchases that should make the game work again.

Sorry, really need help. this game is absolutely addicted to me. but the problem is, when i playing on my friends ipad is good for everythings. but, when i played hay day on my own ipad, then my friends i pad will disconnecting. and when my friends playing on his ipad, so my hayday will disconnect too. Ive tried to change my itunes ID and delete my hayday application on my ipad, delete application on facebook and downloading again, everythings still back the same, with my friends ipad. if i playing on mine, then my friends will dc. and so either. Please help me if somebody knows how to makes my ipad and my friends not connecting each other for this addicted games. please.. big hopes from me.. thank u.

None of these responses help! I need answers not people repeating the same problem over and over! My hay day will not load and it is driving me nuts. Does anyone actually know how to fix it??!!!

You CANNOT delete the game. If you do, it just loads your data again. Uninstalling and then installing it again does nothing for you, except waste time. Sorry for being Debbie Downer but this is a true fact. Ask them to make a reset button.

Click the home button on your ipad then double click it hold in hay day then push the red circle go back to the game and there you go.
