Which sales bring the most coins, stand, orders or visitors?

The stand brings u the most coins. Even if u set everything to the max points n noone buys it at the end of the day "Greg" will buy it. The visitors help u gain an achievements but their prices r way too low the bulletin board maybe faster and u gain experience points to help level up. But all-in-all the stand makes the most money in the LONG run

Once you put the item on the road-side stand, you can't take it back. Not sure there is the way.
