How to get duct tape
If it is a random drop item, how come I just came across someone who had filled their shop slots full of 10 rolls of duct tape? I think there is a specific way to get it and they just don't want to share. Can anyone REALLY answer this for me

They could have just bought it really cheap and in bulk from the newspaper, and then are selling them separate to make profit. That's what i do, its how I make most of my coins.

It's a bug (?) I noticed that I once could collect items from every mystery box I found. I switched between two friends, and collected again and again. Whenever my barn was full, I could keep on collecting, but then the same item came, allways. When I had collected ~100 items, I went "Home", and could sell it. This has happened a few times for me, and I guess others also have done this to collect many items.

They do that by scouting ads in newspaper, buy duct tape/bolt at low price & resell at higher price, as you may know those things are "hot" items in the market.

I have gotten over 6 rolls of duct tape the same way I get bolts and screws- from planting my crops and reaping the harvests. I have also gotten planks of wood and even nails while playing in other parts of my farm. Sometimes it's while gathering eggs.

The reason you see eggs and wheat the most frequent on the market is because they are able to collect the quickest and that's where you'll find the most upgrade nescessities besides boxes and SUPER SCOUTERS, also I've personally found that many people put up ads for dumb stuff like eggs wheat and bacon for cheap when their shop has nescessary tools just to get all of it gone.. I NEED tape and screws, but can't seem to get them, my gf needs planks, I've got loadsa planks n she's got loadsa screws n tape! I think it depends on the user as to what you get the most! We can't trade with each other which is shit! Maybe next update should have a trade feature??

U can trade with each other by the buyer going to her shop and when u r there she can sell what u need and u click on it as soon as it appears. That is what I do with my friend. It works really well.
