They are attracted to the pond that you can buy from the sidebar. Also are attracted near the water.

Make a fenced area and put a pond in it. Tap the pond until frogs come out, and quickly move the pond from the area.

Get rid of all the bogs and all the frogs tha are out have to stay out that's how i got tons :) hope i helped

If you want frogs all you need to do is clear out those swamps with a shovel, I got lots that way but remember they might get annoying cuz now I'm try to get rid of them :)
