They are attracted to the pond that you can buy from the sidebar. Also are attracted near the water.

Make a fenced area and put a pond in it. Tap the pond until frogs come out, and quickly move the pond from the area.

If you want frogs all you need to do is clear out those swamps with a shovel, I got lots that way but remember they might get annoying cuz now I'm try to get rid of them :)

Basically, what you have to do is buy any sized pond from the side bar. after that, you should buy some fence and put it around the pond in a square (or whatever shape you want, really). After you have the pond in the fence, you need to tap the pond alot of times, again and again and again! Frogs should come out of the pond - when you think you have enough frogs, quickly move the pond away from the fenced-in area. if you do this correctly, then you should have a fenced-in collection of frogs, and a pond that is somewhere other than the fenced-in frogs!
