Why can I only sell something at my roadside shop every 30 min? I have connected it with my gamecenter?

You can sell stuff there as often as you want (provided you have an available slot). You can only get a free advertiment in the newspaper every 30 mins.

Yes there is a way you touch your item and then it will have a trash can somewhere on it then right next to it it will say that it's 1 diamond to take it off click on that
