Updated - Spinning wheel truck
Hey I just did my update and while I was visiting a friends farm a green truck arrived with a spinning wheel on the back with flashing lights. I cant do anything with it. I think only the friend who owns the farm can do anything with it. Has anyone else seen it? What is it?

It is a truck with a "wheel of Fortune" spinner in the back, you spin for prizes or money. Eventually it will get around to your farm. Although I am not sure if there is a level you have to reach for it to appear

Well fist off it appears anytime while the player is there and if it was on somebody else's farm then you can't use it only yours.
