Do the docks pay well, or do you make more on roadside?
I thought the docks would bring in good money but my first thing wants 2 sets of 42 carrots and 2 sets of 14 pumpkins and 2 sets of 3 pumpkin pies, and it says complete shipment is 280 something... Is that what I'd get paid, cause I know the roadside would do better than that,... So i must be misunderstanding something.. Please help?

You get paid for each crate you fill on the boat, as well as a star bonus for filling the boat. Prices do vary, but the same as people walking in to buy off you. Decide if you can make better money elsewhere or you want to fill the boat to help you level up.

The dock items (coins & stars) equals to the maximum or near it as you would sell the items on your roadside shop. So it depends if you want to level up faster or get more coins selling the items at max value. Dock and roadside truck deliveries give you that option to take less coin value and put it to stars to level up. I compared it adding value of coins & stars and it equal to the amount of coins get at the roadside shop. Hope this help.
