Do you have to be on a certain level?. My husband is on level 40 and has gotten about 6 golden vouchers, I'm on level 39 and have an abundance of the all other colors,but not a single gold one.

Idk how, i thought it was through the boat but its not, i tried the boat, the board, nothing only way i see on getting one is through the wheel of fortune but it randomly appears on there.

Guys they are rare. I know that if u have jeweler u get them pretty quick I have sold about 100 jewels and got about 87 gold vouchers good luck!
