Mark on an order card
I have an order almost ready to go out, but I'm short 1 bar of gold. Next to the number of bars of gold is a question mark, and the order card is grey. Can someone please tell me what this means? I have no clue. Thanks :)

The grey orders have vouchers associated with them. The question mark represents the voucher...you will not know which one you'll get (purple, blue, green or orange) until the order is filled - hence the question mark.
