Land deed certificates
I can't get any land deed certificates. There are never any for sale in the newspaper, tom isn't allowed to find them and I never seem to get any for anything I do. I currently have 43 marker stakes and 27 mallets and no certificates, it's driving me insane. Ay tips on how to find them? Also, how are people managing to remove trees from the land extention without buying the bits of land?

1) Sell your stakes for max price, they are wasting space in your barn. 2) The more you harvest crops/berries, feed your pets (if you have them), and visit other peoples farms to find red boxes, the more likely you will be to earn axes, saws, land deeds, etc. Tom can also get axes and saws for you.

My problem is the mallets, I can't get them but I have found that I get a lot of the land deeds by planting diverse crops that seem to include corn, wheat and carrots...hope this helps

I cant get no mallets either, and I also find that if you plant different crops and cut them all down at the same time you get certificates.. I get stakes from my animals mainly. I wrote the game and asked how come you can't find no mallets but they said its just randomly generated.

You get mallets by collecting all your goat milk first thing in the morning when you wake up. I can't get stakes though
