A couple of ideas:
- get to the first lightning bubble asap to clear the lower section.
- pop the ice bubbles with colors that will match up with bubbles above. You need to try to make color chains if you can, so be consistent with the colors you shoot to each side.
- to get to the very top bubbles, see if you can break the nearby ice bubbles with that color.
