Many many tries needed. Avoid poison bubbles, try not to kill off the blower at the left bottom too soon. Blast bubbles all the way to the top until all bottom bubbles fall off and hopefully you have the right colors to finish the game

The bubble blowers at the top are activated when the poison bubbles at lower right fall.

The 5 colors at the top are (from left to right)
1 and 4 - the same as the left poison bubbles that are a little higher
2 and 5 - the same as the higher right hand poison bubbles
3 (middle)- the same as the lower right hand poison bubbles

My suggestion is to clear the middle bubbles at the beginning with the color of the left side bubbles. When you get to the open space that is diagonal, then you switch above the break. You can use the left hand color to clear more of the middle by going to the right. Clear the bubble blower at the bottom so you don't have to waste bubbles clearing the middle.

At the top try to get two colors going. This is difficult and you can win with one but it is harder. You would do this by trying to start a second color by the black bubbles above the right hand poison bubbles. Good luck with getting the right colors.
