Stuck on level 118

This level has 4 parts. You've probably figured out most of this if you are getting to the top but I hope this helps:

part 1 (to first chain). Go to sides to open up the angle shots. Use the clear bubble if you can or aim for the top middle. Open the chain as quickly as possible, everything will drop.

part 2 (to second chain). Clear sides to save the babies, then try to eliminate colors. To drop the bubble blower and get to unlock the chain, it works best if you only have one color left.

part 3 (to third chain). Don't rush to the next chain to open it. Clear most of the bubbles in this area. There is one set of bubbles that only appears once (in the middle,). You want to eliminate those (often they are green) so you don't keep getting them. Once the bubbles are mostly clear, put matching bubbles next to the chain. This chain doesn't drop bubbles, so you can setup for when you get the chain open. Put two bubbles on the right to match the color on the right, same on the left if you see what I mean.

part 4 (when the third chain is open and you are near the end). Immediately pop the bubbles that you put next to the ice. Then use the next bubbles to drop the bubbles where you can. If one side drops, you might possibly get the bubble color to match the baby so you could be working on saving the baby on one side and trying to get the other side to drop on the other.

Just beat this level but wasted waaaay too much time on it. How? can't really say. no strategy just luck. frustrating. Thinking about quitting.

Lisa, level 118 on top u can see lock. B4 open the lock u add same colour bubble both left and right and try to beat level 118

Used info from Sky and also set up center color (one on each side of lock) to pop once I blew the lock. This opens up the center for one clear shot.
