Stuck on level 47. Please help! Been playing this level for weeks.

Start by tRying to eliminate most or all of the bubbles that are around the baby bubbles. Then mostly drop the lower level baby bubbles first. These two steps will open up the shooting paths for the higher baby bubbles. To get the baby bubbles that are high and outside, shoot between the stone bubbles.
