The black bubbles are actually steel bubbles, and the part you are referring to is in the second part of the level. But what you have there is a bottom row with a lightning bubble all the way to the left, a stone next to it, and 4 toxic bubbles a little further down, 2 rows of regular bubbles above that, then a row of steel bubbles to top it off. And there are actually 2 of these things. All of what you see there is being held up by the one stone. The only way you can get rid of the stone is to hit that lightning bubble, but this will also hit the 4 toxic bubbles, taking away a lot of your bubbles, and you have to do that twice, so beating the level is hard to do that way, but it is possible, you just have to really pay attention to the color sequence in the last part. But if you just cannot beat the level because of a lack of bubbles, before the level starts, you have the option of getting 3 bombs for 112,000 coins, and coins you can earn through playing the game instead of having to pay for them. Get the bombs, and once you get to the part with the steel bubbles you were talking about, shoot that stone, but shoot it on the right side so you don't hit the lightning bubble, because if you do it will go off and hit the toxic bubbles, and will defeat the whole point of getting the bombs to do that in the first place. If you are still having trouble, say something and I will explain a little more.

But how do you get the bombs without paying for them?

Rowdy, when you are on the menu for level 234, before you hit the "play" button, there are four little boxes in the center of the screen above the "play" button. The box all the way to the left should be an option to get 3 bombs for 112,000 coins. Use your coins to get those.
In Bubble Mania, they use "gems" and "coins". Gems cost you real money (although there are some times you can get a few for free). Most levels have options to buy extras using the gems, but coins you can earn just by playing the game (although there is also an option to buy them). Each level you play you earn coins. And most levels have an option on the menu to use some of your coins to get some of the extras, typically just the bombs or rainbow bubbles.
