Level 375 is indeed beatable without purchasing extra bombs. I am going to tell you how to beat it, but the problem you will face is even with these instructions, you still might need to play the level several ties until you get the right color at the right time. There are a few different approaches to take, and it is going to depend on what color you get and when, so I will try and explain as much as I can.
So with the first part of level 375, the goal is obviously to get to the locks on the chain before any of the sludge goes down and gets your babies, and you have some star bubbles to help you. So you are going to have to change some of those ice bubbles into colored bubbles. At the start of the level, there are already two bubbles above you. You see the 2 babies on each side? Look at the color of the one on the inside of the level on each side. So lets look at the left side of the level, lets say that baby bubble on the right (on the left side of the level) is light blue, so since you have to change some of the ice bubbles between you and that to colored bubbles, you should try and use light blue at that spot. Same with the opposite side. But whatever colors you get, you need to work your way to all of the star bubbles. Once you have an open shot at a star bubble, look at what color some of the bubbles are in between the sludge and your babies. Pick one of those colors, you do not have to only shoot the star bubbles with the same color as the babies. If there is no bubble below the sludge bubble, it cannot go anywhere, so get rid of any of them you can to stop it. But just work your way up, get the 2 prize bubbles, use the bombs you get in them to clear the way to the locks and hit them to move on.
At the next (and last) part of the level, first shoot the light switch on the left, try and shoot in that little dugout above it if you are using one of those same colored bubbles. Next either shoot the light switch above that one on the left side if there is a clear shot, or hit the star bubble above you with whatever color you would like, pick one there is a lot of, it will not get rid of un-lit bubbles. I usually shoot it with the color that the bubbles are on the very top of the level. Next get to the last light switch and the lightning bubble, you can get that with the same shot sometimes. So for the last part of the level, this takes some skill, you have to use bounce shots. You basically have to shoot the bubbles at the very top in the middle without hitting any of the doom bubbles. The blower bubble will continue to blow more bubbles, but sometimes everything will just work and it will be the right colors in the right place. There isn't much more I can tell you past that, that's how you beat it, it is just a matter of playing it over and over until everything lines up right. If you are still having trouble, repost the question and I will try and help you further.
