This is a killer of a game because it has so many bubble blowers. Exit and re-enter the game if you don't get good opening bubbles. Use the sideways equal sign at the top right before you take a shot and you will not lose energy. Get two bubbles that will allow you to get to the first switch. There are five clusters. The first two and the fourth are the opening colors. The third and fifth are additional colors.
Try to put a matching color next to the light bulb bubbles that aren't lit. This could work for the 1, 2, and 4 clusters. It is more important for 2 and 4 because you could be accumulating bubbles at that point. You don't need to do it for the 1st cluster. You won't be able to do this for the 3rd and 5th clusters because they are a new color. Depending on how the bubbles are blown, try to pop the bubbles near the switches so that the two ice bubbles turn to the same color. This will help you clear the path to the switch faster. Don't hit the third switch until you have a path to the cluster or you just need one more shot. The matching color comes quickly. If you are lucky, when you hit it, you can eliminate that color so you are still dealing with three colors. The problem will be that last cluster. The bubbles are usually coming fast and furious. When you get a bit of luck, many of the bubbles near it will be the same color and you can clear a path.
So... this level requires luck to win. The colors have to come when you need them. Good luck. Hope this helps a little anyway.
