Purchasing Power Plays

I purchased 20 power plays for $1.99 but nothing happened. I tried to purchase them again and it says that I already made the purchase but the power plays haven't been downloaded. Does anyone know how to download them?

Power Plays can be purchased two ways in the lobby/shop. $1.99 for twenty or 2500 coins for 15, 1500 coins for 9 and I believe 1000 coins for 6 and 500 coins for 3. Hope this helps
