They're both different. Cobra jet faster in 1/4 mile. R8 faster in 1/2 mile

HP won't mean much if the tires don't grip, I've had better luck with the Cobra Jet since I can launch it easier without all the wheel spin.

The mustang cobra jet is best for the quarter mile. The ultra csr is best for half mile. If you are just wondering pure top speed, mclaren mp4-12c and Audi ultras are all faster mph wise.

The Zonda R is the fastest 1/4 mile car even though you can only get it in season 1 of multiplayer by getting in the top 10%. Now season 1 is over and you can't get it anymore

This answer is definitive, I have all the cars and the bmw is the fastest 1/4 mile car, next is the mustang cobra jet, then the audi r8 lms ultra and finally the zonda r is the slowest. I am in the top 300 of this game worldwide so I know what I am talking about.

BMW Z4 GT3 is the fastest car without R8csr (1/4 mile-season2) - my best time without any help 7,738
Pagany Zonda R is the slowest car - my best time 7,888
McLaren MP4-12C time is near 7,85
Mustang Cobra Jet is near 7,82

My best with the Z4 without any help is 7.729, so far. Cobra Jet is 7.829. I haven't quite figured out the LMS yet. It would be cool to know the absolute fasted each car could run the quarter and half, once fully upgraded.
