Horsepower max t2 and t3
I have all the cars and all upgrades. I can't beat tier 2 and t3 restriction cars because my max horsepower is too low to even get in the race. What do it do

You have too much. Need refill and voila u fix. Also easy 2 winn go sell and upgrade rhen downgrade and buy \sell or delete and its fixed!

Figured it out use your Camaro, take off all engine upgrades, until you HP is back down to 450
