I have the following lists of cars and I would like to know which is the best for tier 4
(rating) (car) (power) (weight) (grip) (gearbox)
(504) SLR Mclaren 650 - 3732 - 8500 - 400
(501) Corvette ZR1 638 - 3530 - 7299 - 390
(501) Ford GT 550 - 3485 - 7500 - 400
(506) Audi R8 v10 520 - 3715 - 9250 - 380
(502) Nissan GT-R 485 - 485 - 9275 - 300
I was going to buy the SLR Mclaren since it has the most power but i dont really know if this attribute makes it the best car???
I won Boss Alieda's T4 (546) BMW M3 595 - 3469 - 7345 - 170 and I cant go pass the ladder (14/24) or win a race in RR (Regulation Race) PRO or go past Estefania in T4

To be honest, it depends for which race you are looking for like 1/4 or 1/2 mile race. I think the corvette ZR1 is a decent T4 car for the 1/4 mile race but what sucks is its lack of grip leading to frequent wheelspin. The Audi R8 v10 does slightly better then the corvette in the 1/2 mile but is a bit slower in the 1/4 mile. I own both car maxed out so I've notice this general trend.

If u want a affordable car and easy to handle get the Corvette ZR1 thats my car now but on speed its bit crappy
Answer from: LRC
If you have the most updated version of the game, the Continental Supersports is the fastest T4 car, but driving it may get a little tricky with 2nd and 3rd shifts and cause loss of acceleration. to avoid that change to 2nd closest to "Perfect" you can and them shift the 3rd immediately and use the nitro right away. this will avoid losing acceleration for lousy shift changes and give you a smooth performance to 4th shift...On older versions the maxed out FORD GT is the best performing T4. Have fun!
Answer from: Tiger
The GT-R is a great car.
Answer from: kev
The ford gt is the best because even though that car is a classic, but it still haves muscles I only defeated t4 in a week using that car
Answer from: HMD_88
The ZR1, fully upgraded. Start holding acceleration, then immediatly shift to 3rd gear then after a second use nos and keep perfect shifting. Ull never lose. Try it of you dnt believe me. Ps. Thats assumin u hire all the team.

The SLR Mclaren is insanely fun and mine wins mostly every race. I flew through T4 with it. The Mclaren works in both the lightweight and heavyweight races in the Restriction races.

My car is r8.i look for the best rating.
Answer from: wisewino
The Corvette ZR1 is easier to get consistent good starts, but my experience is that the Audi is consistently. 5 seconds faster with average times in the area of 9.6 (assuming both cars are maxed out). Additionally even with a bad start the Audi does seem to as prone to wheel spin and you can hit nitrous before you shift to second. I picked up the SLR McClaren late and didn't do much in the way of upgrades but I'm working on it now.

I used the R8 and easily beat Errol w/o Super Nitrous or the Mechanic but the R8 maxed out. After maxing other cars out Corvette ZR1, SRT Viper GTS, SLR McLaren, Ford GT, McLaren F1 GTR, and Nissan GT-R, my experience driving and playing multiplayer is that the F1 GT-R rules the 1/4 with an easily achievable time of around 9.10 from its crazy start (The Pagani is quick but not too fast and has a very low top speed) but is not fast in 1/2. The SLR McLaren is solid in both 1/4 and 1/4 (nice start). The R8 is extremely easy to drive but not fast. The Corvette ZR1 and SRT Viper are both great 1/2 cars. I don't have the Mercedes SLS AMG and Jaguar XKR-S but the Jag XKR-s (pre-current update) was the fastest 1/2 and the Mercedes SLS AMG is faster than the SRT Viper at 1/4 but slower at 1/2. Your choice!
Answer from: Crash
All comments are about 1/4mile. I've maxed out 4 tier 4 cars and here are my conclusions. I've mainly been using the Corvette ZR1 and now have the starts down to a very consistent 9.539 + or- 3 thousands with a best of 9.532 without any tuning. It's incredibly consistent. The Ford GT has very similar times/consistency to the Corvette ZR1. The Audi R8 is slightly faster but is much harder to be consistent so on average it works out slower. The Nissan GT-R is a pig for consistency even though it can be the fastest of those 4. It's evident from the single player "pro regulation race" and youtube videos that the McLaren F1 GTR is the fastest tier4 1/4miler but is sadled with a high rating of 642 so you end up facing tougher opposition in multiplayer. The Corvette ZR1 is my favourite even though it has the slowest 1/4 mile time. This is due to its consistency.

Get the huayra. Fully upgraded, it's performance number is 643, higher than anything.
Answer from: K7
I have the McLaren F1 and it is a real beast on the 1/4 mile. I get consistent 9.1## times but due to its high overall it gets much tougher opponents in multiplayer although it easily dispatches T5 cars with higher ratings. Only problem faced is that it is too light for certain restriction races.
Answer from: Superglue
If you want a fun car to drive, The SLS is a good option.
If you want a new car to drive the Jaguar is a good option
If you want a high revving car the Huayra is a good option
If you want a cool looking car to drive the SRT is a good option
If you want a light flighty car, The TZ3 is a good option
If you want a grippy car the GTR is a good option.
If you want to earn quick money the Bentley is a good option.
If you want a small, light car to drive the R8 is a good option
BUT, If you want all of these in one beastly car, Then the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 is your best bet. I forgot to mention this but like JustATip mentioned the SLR is fit for all restriction races.Happy to help, Ameya
