I found out that when you have all the car pieces in multiplayer, you have an option to choose a standard pro car or a pro sport car. I just clicked on the pro sport car by accident without have enough gold and it just gave it to me. So basically you're getting a free pro sport car. This worked on my game but not sure if it will work on others.

The best an easiest way to have unlimited money and gold on the game still downgrading to 1.0.6 version and modifying the assets list with iFile or iFunbox (changing upgrades pricing to negative so that the game give you more money/gold each time you upgrade your cars). You will get a message saying you need to update the game in order to continue playing, just close the app from the task manager and disable your wifi and 3G communication, by doing this the game wont have any internet communication and you'll be able to play with no restrictions. Once you have all the Gold and money you want, it could be billions just update from the app store and Voila!
