Question & Answers
Increase weight for better traction?
I tried this a little bit with one of my cars, I think it was the Alegra R because that one burns rubber all the way through 5th. All help hired in multiplayer and all stage 5. I learned how to get that car down to the 7.27's consistently and saw quicker in the 1/4 sometimes. To do that there is no perfect start and no perfect shifts at all, hehe, but anyway i tried reducing wieght saving upgrades one at a time and testing in races but performance just gets worse. Wondering if I'm wasting my time and it just doesn't work that way?
I haven't found any mod combo that improved times for the Alegra R yet iether like i do for the Venom and Z4 GT3 and the LMS ULTRA. The Z4 I am doing 7.16's allot and my all time best is 7.157.
The Venom I'm close to breaking 7.200. But the Alegera R if I can just get more traction somehow or there is something else. I think the Alegra R will do way better than 7.25's once we find the deal with it. I tried stage 3 NOS & stage 4 intake & it didnt like it, not with my crazy shift pattern with that car anyway.

It depends a good deal on which car you are driving. If its the R8 LMS Ultra, then the weight actually reduces your traction. If its the Mclaren Mp4 12c-same story. But if the weight increases on a Ford Mustang Cobra Jet, then it is actually better. Yours truly, Ameya
