For the achievement "collect 15 star coins in game" and "collect 4 star coins in a single level" what does it mean?

You need to go to my stash and increase the coin spawn. Then the stars will turn to coins in the levels.

And when you get 15 star coins- they don't have to be in the same level and you probably can crash- you get this achievement.
