Behind the waterfall
How do you finish the quest fly behind a waterfall? I can't even find it!

It is in Rio Grande, level 6. You start at the top of the waterfall. You can try to fly behind it from here, but it is easier if you follow the stars untill the speedway. At the first sharp right turn on the speedway get of and fly behind the waterfall.
