I too have just got this in a gift. I had all the trophies bar the last one from each level and subsequently maxed my gift upgrade. It has taken a little playing but my first of the missing trophies has now come I a gift. I don't think there was anything special about the level or what I was doing.

Got the dahlia from a gift. However, it was on level 2 of Rio Grande... i thought I was going to get it in Meadowland.
