Tank Two Glitch

I've met all the conditions for the tank 2, now tank 1 breeding tank, but can't unlock it. It tells me I have to unlock previous tank, which (I assume) is now tank 2, but there are no options to unlock another tank, as it was unlocked when the game began. is there a fix for this?
