Tdkr chapter 4: mission 2

There is guy in a building stuck behind walls. Can't seem to get him out or hit him. If I get close enough, he can hit me, but I can't hit him. How do I go pass this point.

Go to the main menu, chapters and select mission 2 again. Its jst some graphics error.
