Hi at the trial after you have rescued Blake It says take them out top to bottom and I do but it keeps saying fail how do you do that

I ended up cheating. Restart the chapter & take out the snipers BEFORE you talk to Blake. This allows you to not have to be stealthy. Then talk to Blake then take out the people on the ground.
