Landing Pad 15?

Does anyone describe where Landing Pad 15 is, please? I have 99 points out of 100 on this great, but this last pad is driving me crazy ... I have searched (as far as I can tell) very bit of the island but just cannot find this landing pad anywhere. Thanks in advance for any help!
